Reporting To: Operations Manager / Head of Logistics

Gross Salary: KES 70,000

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Head to manage end-to-end warehouse operations. The role is execution-focused, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely order fulfillment, smooth logistics operations, and accurate stock management across offline and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations & Management

• Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.

2. Inventory Management

• Manage inventory levels, including stock reconciliation, accuracy, and reporting.
• Conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.

3. Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Coordinate the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of offline and online orders.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to maintain seamless supply chain operations.

4. Process Improvement & Reporting

• Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Track warehouse performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and support business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management within the sports industry.
• Mandatory experience with sports footwear, apparel, accessories, or sports equipment.
• Experience working with reputed brands in the same field is required.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail, operational excellence, and focus on timely delivery.
