Job Summary

Our client in the digital advertising industry is seeking to hire a highly talented and innovative Creative Designer responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and producing high-quality visual content across both digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will support branding, marketing, client communication, and campaign initiatives by creating compelling graphics, layouts, illustrations, presentations, and other visual assets that align with the organization’s identity.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects from concept to execution. This role requires strong technical design skills, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, online ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Design and produce print materials, including posters, brochures, banners, reports, corporate documents, packaging, and event branding.
  • Translate briefs and campaign objectives into clear, compelling, and creative visual concepts.
  • Develop social media assets, including carousels, infographics, branded posts, promotional graphics, and simple animations.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and animated content to support brand engagement and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and account management teams to deliver creative solutions tailored to client expectations.
  • Develop and design professional pitch decks and presentations for client proposals, internal use, and campaign pitches.
  • Prepare final artwork and production-ready files that meet printing, digital, and branding specifications.
  • Conduct photo editing, retouching, and enhancement to ensure high-quality imagery for campaigns.
  • Update and maintain brand guidelines, design templates, and visual identity assets.
  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Stay informed on current design trends, industry tools, and creative best practices within the digital advertising sector.
  • Maintain an organized library of design files, resources, templates, raw footage, and creative assets.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development sessions, contributing ideas and visual direction.
  • Review and proof creative work to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand and client requirements.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in creative or graphic design, preferably within a digital advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing work in digital design, print design, branding, motion graphics, and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding principles, and visual communication.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret briefs and present design concepts effectively.
  • High level of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital marketing standards, social media formats, and emerging design trends.
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in designing high-impact presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) is required.
