Location: Nairobi

Type: 3 – 6 Months

Budget: KSH. 15,000

Morsan HR Consulting Ltd, a dynamic and fast-paced HR advisory firm, is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support internal operations and client-facing HR projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in recruitment, policy development, onboarding, documentation, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in recruitment processes, such as posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and ensuring a smooth orientation process.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and organizing HR documentation.
  • Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Monitoring and updating attendance and leave records.
  • Conducting research and contributing ideas for HR process improvements.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Help prepare client proposals and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Support the drafting and formatting of HR documents such as job descriptions, SOPs, and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Prior experience in an HR-internship or attaché is an advantage but not mandatory.
