Security Supervisor
Location: Nairobi

Budget: 35,000 Gross Salary
Overview:
Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations within their premises. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property by implementing and enforcing effective security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Manage access control and monitor CCTV systems for any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Lead in resolving security-related incidents swiftly and professionally.
- Prepare clear and detailed incident and surveillance reports.
- Handle vehicle-related incidents within the premises and assist in resolving disputes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, stepping in for the Head of Security when required.
- Collaborate with management to address and mitigate security concerns.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Security Management or a related field (added advantage).
- Proven experience in security supervision, preferably within a hospitality environment or property setting.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, safety procedures, and emergency response.
- Proficiency in operating access control systems and CCTV equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform security duties.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
