Job Summary

Our client is a well-established vehicle tracking company operating across East Africa, with regional headquarters in Kenya and branches in Uganda and Tanzania. For over 10 years, the company has delivered reliable Vehicle Tracking and Fleet Management solutions to corporates, SMEs, and individual clients.

The company is seeking dynamic, target-driven Sales Agents to support business growth within the Uganda market. The successful candidates will be responsible for prospecting clients, promoting tracking solutions, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets while representing the organization professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and promote vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individual clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively generate sales leads.
  • Build and grow a strong client portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to management.
  • Ensure delivery of quality service aligned with organizational standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and updates as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • A diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ proven field sales experience, preferably within the vehicle tracking or technology industry.
  • Knowledge of local Ugandan dialect(s) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
