Job Summary

Our client, a leading entity within the premium beverage and alcoholic products sector, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead their digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and analytical acumen to effectively leverage digital channels in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals, targeting key customer segments and maximizing market penetration.
  2. Paid Media Planning and Management: Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to achieve desired KPIs including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis; implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to enhance organic search visibility, improve website ranking, and increase qualified traffic.
  4. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to produce high-quality, engaging digital content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning.
  5. Social Media Strategy and Execution: Manage social media presence by developing editorial calendars, creating original posts, moderating user interactions, and analyzing platform metrics to grow followers and deepen audience engagement.
  6. Website Oversight and User Experience Optimization: Oversee website content management ensuring timely updates, SEO optimization, and a seamless user experience that supports conversion goals; coordinate with web developers and designers on technical improvements and troubleshooting.
  1. Email Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including automation and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement; utilize CRM tools for segmentation, personalization, and data analysis.
  2. Analytics, Reporting, and Insights: Monitor digital marketing performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms; provide detailed, actionable reports highlighting campaign outcomes and recommending data-driven optimizations.
  3. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and channels while tracking return on investment (ROI)
  4. Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuously research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor digital activities to identify new opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with broader company initiatives and product launches; liaise with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign reach and quality.
  6. Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of evolving digital marketing technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices; proactively test and adopt new tools and strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beverage, FMCG, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable impact on brand growth and sales.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) including segmentation and automation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant industry certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are highly desirable.
