Job Summary

Our client, a leading company in the gifting sector, is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing strategies across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content in multiple formats (written, visual, and multimedia), managing the company’s social media presence, and ensuring consistent brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, data- driven, and capable of converting ideas into measurable results that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Development

Work closely with the strategy team to understand brand goals and audience insights, and develop content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.

2. Digital Campaign Management

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and advertising platforms to increase visibility and customer engagement.

3. Market & Trend Research

Conduct ongoing research on digital marketing trends and competitor activities to generate fresh, data-backed content ideas and optimize performance.

4. Paid Media Optimization

Manage and refine paid media campaigns to maximize ROI, track key performance indicators, and meet business objectives.

5. Social Media Content Creation

Create, curate, and post engaging content including images, videos, reels, and stories that resonate with target audiences and maintain brand consistency.

6. Website & Banner Management

Design, update, and schedule promotional website banners in coordination with product launches and ongoing campaigns.

7. Website Analytics & Optimization

Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance the user experience.

8. Multi-Channel Management

Oversee multiple digital platforms and marketing channels, ensuring each supports overall brand goals while experimenting with new strategies and pilots.

9. Visual & Creative Collaboration

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and impactful content for campaigns and product promotions.

10. Editing & Proofreading

Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, clear, and consistent with the company’s brand voice and style guidelines.

11. Compliance & Ethical Standards

Ensure all materials comply with copyright, privacy, and ethical content creation standards.

12. Social Media Administration

Manage the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent posting and community engagement.

13. Community Management

Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering a positive brand image and maintaining active audience engagement.

14. Reporting & Insights

Track, analyze, and report on content performance and social media metrics, providing recommendations for improving future campaigns.

15. Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay current with emerging digital tools and best practices to continuously enhance content strategies and marketing effectiveness.
