Budget: KES. 40,000 Gross salary Plus Commission

 

Morsan HR Consulting Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the HR consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs and upsell HR consulting services.

2. Sales and Business Growth

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive opportunities.

3. Marketing and Brand Awareness

  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Represent Morsan HR Consulting Ltd at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.
  • Leverage digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients.

4. Strategic HR Consultation

  • Understand client HR needs and align solutions with business goals.
  • Offer strategic advice on HR outsourcing, recruitment, and talent management services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business development efforts.
  • Analyze sales data to measure performance and report progress to management.
  • Provide insights on business development strategies and areas of improvement.
  • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor related to Morsan scope of work.

Qualifications and Experience:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales development within the service industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
