About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our client. This position is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly in the corporate domain. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and forging strong partnerships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve and surpass corporate salestargets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients,ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitiveopportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs ofcorporate clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, todeliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Negotiations and Contracts: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance withcompany policies and profitability benchmarks.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market dynamics.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensure excellent post-sale service to maintain high client satisfaction and foster repeatbusiness.

Key Qualifications

  • Academic Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Completion of a marketing course in Professional Marketing Certification (e.g., CIM or equivalent) ismandatory.
    • A Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Experience:

    • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in corporate sales.
    • Proven expertise in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • High adaptability to changing market trends and client needs.
