Business Development Executive

Budget: 30,000-40,000 +Commissions
As a Business Development Executive at Morsan HR Consulting Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a candidate with experience in the service industry and prior work in an HR consulting company.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs and upsell HR consulting services.
2. Sales and Business Growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients to meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive opportunities.
3. Marketing and Brand Awareness
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Represent Morsan HR Consulting Ltd at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.
- Leverage digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
4. Strategic HR Consultation
- Understand client HR needs and align solutions with business goals.
- Offer strategic advice on HR outsourcing, recruitment, and talent management services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business development efforts.

- Provide insights on business development strategies and areas of improvement.
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor related to Morsan scope of work.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the service industry.
- Prior experience working in an HR consulting, outsourcing or a related role is required.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of HR consulting services and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
