Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team. This role is critical in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the company’s rapid growth in a high-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven success in end-to-end recruitment, particularly within manufacturing or similar fast-paced industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain and update a strong talent pipeline to meet future staffing demands.
  • Draft and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, culture fit, and

    experience.

  • Oversee the candidate offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

    throughout.

  • Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of hiring strategies and recommend

    improvements.

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of

    choice.

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a high- paced environment such as manufacturing, FMCG, or retail.
  • Proven experience managing multiple roles simultaneously with a track record of meeting hiring targets.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in using systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring tools.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
