Human Resource Intern

Location: Nairobi

Type: 3 – 6 Months

Budget: KES. 15,000

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in recruitment processes, such as posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and ensuring a smooth orientation process.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and organizing HR documentation.
  • Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Monitoring and updating attendance and leave records.
  • Conducting research and contributing ideas for HR process improvements.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department.

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Prior experience in an HR-related role or internship is an advantage but not mandatory.
