Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with strong interpersonal and analytical skills? We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, this role will be pivotal in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful service delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively across departments and be proactive in identifying opportunities to add value to client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Service Management:
- Understand key services offered by the company.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s client portfolio and their offerings.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customers and projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Understand workflows and delivery protocols for all services offered.
- Negotiate timelines, manage client expectations, and oversee delivery processes for assigned projects.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior to engage at-risk clients.
- Provide after-sales support and trustworthy feedback.
- Analyze customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Upsell additional services based on client needs to maximize profits.
Operational Support & Reporting:
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs.
- Help prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legal and policy guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in account management, client relations, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
